1. Service description

ScoreShot provides an online diagnostic tool for IB Mathematics (Analysis & Approaches) at Higher Level (HL) and Standard Level (SL). The service includes a free timed practice test, an instant summary report with score and topic breakdown, and an optional paid detailed report with AI analysis, past paper recommendations, and a personalized study plan.

2. Payment terms

The detailed report is available for a one-time payment of $9 USD. This single payment unlocks your full diagnostic report, including:

• AI analysis of your mistakes and patterns
• Past paper recommendations per weak topic
• 4-week personalized study plan
• Question-by-question breakdown with explanations

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

3. Refund policy

All sales of digital products, including the detailed report, are final. We do not offer refunds for digital content once it has been delivered or accessed. By purchasing the detailed report, you acknowledge that you have read and accept this no-refund policy.

4. Data privacy

We collect and process only the data necessary to provide the service:

• Test answers and results, used to generate your report and improve our content
• Account information (if you sign up), such as email address
• Payment-related data handled by our payment provider; we do not store full payment details

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be stored and processed in accordance with our infrastructure providers' policies. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
